Add FIRE's Red Alert Widget to Your Website
If you're as irritated as we are over the recalcitrance of the administrations at our Red Alert schools, join FIRE in getting the word out about their actions. One great way to publicize FIRE's Red Alert list is to put up a Red Alert widget on your blog or website. It's easy and it brings much-needed attention to the abuse of power at the Red Alert institutions. As a token of thanks, we'll send you a free FIRE t-shirt.
To add the widget to your website, here's all you need to do:
- Scroll down the page until you see the Red Alert widget on the right hand side.
- Beside it is a box with some text in it—select it all and copy it to the clipboard.
- Go to your blog or website, and paste in the text wherever you want the widget to appear (it's made for a sidebar, but should work anywhere).
- Send us a link to your site with the widget posted on it, your mailing address and your t-shirt size.
