I am attaching the past-due invoice which I had sent to Ry Ellison. In his email he gave me your contact information. Please submit payment at your earliest convenience.
Also, in response to your question from last week, I was told by Commander Haywood that there were off-duty officers working the event for Michael Moore back in 2004. Just to remind you, off-duty officers are officers who work special events with overtime status. When an officer works "off-duty"
they are working past their normal 40 hours per week so we must pay them at time and a half and therefore we have to bill an organization for those services to make up for those costs. If you're planning on having an event in the future which involves someone who may be controversial, please notify us so we can assess what security needs to be present.
