Sexual Harassment

It is the policy of Colorado Mesa University to maintain a campus environment free from Quid Pro Quo and from Offensive Conduct types of sexual harassment.Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature may constitute sexual harassment when submission to or rejection of this conduct explicitly or implicitly affects or interferes with a student’s or employee’s work or academic performance, or creates an intimidating, hostile or objectively offensive academic or work environment. Sexual harassment means conduct on the basis of sex that satisfies one or more of the following:
