Any student found to have committed or to have attempted to commit the following prohibited behavior is subject to the conduct sanctions outlined in Section 12: ... ii. Harassment. Engaging in conduct that is so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive, and that so undermines and detracts from the person(s) educational experience or work environment, that the person(s) are effectively denied equal access to an institution’s resources and opportunities.
