Michael,
My name is Cynthia Summers and I am the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs/Student Advocacy.  I also serve as the coordinator and investigator for student behaviors involving concerns regarding the DePaul University Anti-Discriminatory Harassment Policy and Procedures.

An incident on our Lincoln Park campus, Tuesday, January 17th has been brought to my attention for review.  This involved a promo table reservation that you were the applicant for.  I need to schedule a time to meet with you early next week to gather information regarding this matter.  Please let me know what time you are available to meet on Tuesday, January 24th at our Lincoln Park Campus.  We should allow approximately one hour.  If you have questions please be in contact with me.  Thank you,

Cynthia M. Summers
