‘Federal Courts in the Classrooms’
An article by Jamin Raskin, member of our Guides project’s Board of Editors and professor of Constitutional Law at American University Washington College of Law, was posted in AlterNet yesterday listing ten ways that federal judge appointments impact students’ rights. His questions include those regarding censorship of student speech and press, random drug testing, abortion, prayer and religious symbols, theistic language in the pledge of allegiance, sexual harassment policy, corporal punishment, and evolution.
