Harvey's talk—which, as Erin noted yesterday, is now available for free download on our new Multimedia page—traced the history of speech codes on our nation's campuses, outlined various ways in which universities repress student speech, and discussed the current conflict at Brandeis surrounding Professor Donald Hindley, disciplined for criticizing the use of the term "wetback" during class.
