Dear Mr. Edmonds:

As you should be aware, FIRE wrote to President Celeste on March 21 regarding the case of [REDACTED] and Christopher Robinson. We understand that President Celeste is out of the country and will not return to his office until March 31. Meanwhile, justice demands a timely response from you in the students’ case because the possibility of punishment for their expression continues to hang over their heads.

We include a copy of our March 21 letter as well as another copy of the students’ FERPA waivers, which authorize you to discuss their case with us.

Because of the urgency of this situation, please respond to us by Friday, March 28.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Adam Kissel
Director, Individual Rights Defense Program
