FIRE Seeks Legal Interns for Summer 2008
FIRE is pleased to announce a formal call for applications for our Summer 2008 Legal Internship. Specifically, we’re looking for rising second- and third-year law students with an interest in First Amendment jurisprudence. FIRE expects all applicants to possess excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills, as interns will collaborate with FIRE attorneys to perform legal research on current FIRE cases and prepare memoranda on a variety of constitutional issues. FIRE’s Legal Internship grants participants substantial autonomy in choosing issues of interest for further study, and FIRE attorneys will be available for aid in producing writing samples and developing legal scholarship.
