FIRE Speaker at Seton Hall Summit Today
Today, FIRE Director of Legal and Public Advocacy Will Creeley is participating in a summit at Seton Hall University School of Law in South Orange, New Jersey. The Seton Hall Legislative Journal called the summit to discuss "Bullying and the Social Media Generation: The Effects of the New Jersey Anti-Bullying Statute on School Administration, Students, and Teachers." Will's panel, which begins at 2:30 pm, will focus on the First Amendment implications of the state's law.
