FIRE to Present at Annual Association for Student Judicial Affairs Conference
As I write, FIRE's Director of Legal and Public Advocacy Will Creeley is in transit to Clearwater Beach, Florida, for the annual conference of the Association for Student Judicial Affairs (ASJA). Greg and Will are scheduled to present "From DeJohn to Notre Dame vs. The Klan: FIRE presents Campus Rights 2008" on Friday at 10:30 am.
Last year Greg presented "From Facebook.com to BONG HiTS 4 JESUS: Campus Rights in 2007," outlining contemporary trends in censorship, speech codes, federal court cases affecting free speech on campus, and the state of students' rights on campus.
Next week we'll post Greg's and Will's presentation.
