Bullying is the treatment of a person by another or others, which is considered unreasonable and unfavorable practice. This may include behavior of a physical or psychological nature by an individual or group, that intimidates, offends, degrades, humiliates, undermines or threatens another person. Such action includes, but is not limited to stalking, cyber stalking, harassment, and retaliation as a result of complaints or alleged misconduct. Bullying is generally associated with an ongoing systemic pattern of behavior, but action may be taken on a single incident if it is of sufficient gravity.
