Jackson State University students are expected to dress in a manner appropriate to the
occasion and environment on and off campus. In all situations, faculty and staff members
have the authority to stipulate dress regulations for their classes, other events and activities
sponsored by the University.
Lewd, indecent, or obscene conduct or expression, or other moral decency offenses will not
be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to indecent exposure, Peeping Toms, indecent
telephone language, and crimes against nature. Violators will be fined and disciplined.
