Sexual harassment (between students)
is defined as a pattern of
unwanted and unwelcome sexual
advances, requests for sexual
favors, and other visual, verbal, or
physical conduct of a sexual nature
if it creates an intimidating, hostile,
or offensive work, educational or
student living environment. It
includes but is not limited to any
unwelcome touching, patting,
pinching, or brushing against a person's
body, and any harassment
directed against a person because of
his/her gender or sexual orientation.
