The open area designated for speeches and demonstrations is the Lankford Mall which is a primary crossway on the campus and will consist of the patio and the surrounding area located on the south side of the Student Union. … A request for use of this area must be made a minimum of five (5) business days in advance of the event. All structures, signs, and litter resulting from the activity must be removed from the area by the end of the event. Groups or individuals may only use those designated areas once per month and for a maximum period of two days.
