Behavior that may not be specified within the Student Code of Conduct, including, but not limited to: water/shaving cream fights (pranks), vulgar or abusive language, non-compliance with a request from a HRL staff member, etc. will not be tolerated and could result in disciplinary action and dismissal from University Housing. Vulgar or abusive language that is unwelcome may also result in disciplinary action if it is so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive that it denies or limits an individual’s ability to work, or to participate in or benefit from an educational program or activity.
