FIRE’s 15th Anniversary Celebration Is Almost Here!

Where will you be on Thursday, October 23? FIRE will be celebrating 15 years of defending students’ rights on college campuses at the Mandarin Oriental in New York City, and there’s still time for you to purchase tickets to join us!

Our gala dinner will kick off with a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m. Attendees will hear speeches from legendary First Amendment attorney Floyd Abrams and renowned Harvard psychology professor and author Steven Pinker. Attendees will also hear from FIRE president Greg Lukianoff, FIRE Co-founder and Chairman Harvey Silverglate, and a few of the many students FIRE has helped over the years. It’s going to be a fantastic night!

FIRE friends, staff, and supporters—including members of our honorary host committee—are traveling from all over the country to celebrate what we have accomplished and to preview where we are headed. This type of an event only happens once every five years, so you won’t want to miss it!

You can purchase tickets online, by mail, or by calling Alisha Glennon, FIRE’s Director of Development, at 215-717-3473.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years—we hope to see you in New York on October 23!
