Hi Robert,

So before we reopened your groups funding request at our meeting this Tuesday I went over the bylaws of Funding Board with Evan Martinak, the president of ASMSU and it is clear stated that we cannot fund groups with political agendas. Its not fair for the rest of the Student Body for ASMSU to seem like we are pushing a particular political agenda and in return can lead to legal action that puts us in a tough situation. I hope you understand the reason we cannot fund you and this is not a reflection of your group or your group’s presentation. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thanks,

Hello Robert,

I am contacting you on behalf of ASMSU Funding Board and the Michigan State College Libertarians’s request for funding.Thank you again for coming to present and apply for funding. We wanted to let you and the group know that we have tabled our decision for the time being. Funding Board will revisit your group’s request at our next meeting and you will receive a decision after that. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me or Mike Mozina, the Vice Chairperson for Student Funding at fbchair@asmsu.msu.edu. Thank you.
