The below PDF file dates from October 28, 2005.  Blogger Andrew Marcus posted on his website a copy of Google's Cache of DePaul's Cultural Center Events Webpage as of October 14, 2005.  Google's cache, while undated, is usually not more than a few weeks old.  In this case, it shows that within that time period of a few weeks before Ward Churchill visited DePaul, the workshop he led was open to all student organizations.  The cached webpage reads, in pertinent part:
