University Catalog: Sexual Harassment Regulation 07-08
For purposes of this rule, sexual harassment is defined
as any unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors,
or other communication or physical conduct of a sexual nature
from any person when: [...] Such conduct or request unreasonably interferes
with an individual’s work or academic performance or creates
an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for working
or learning.

Conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive campus educational or work environment for another person or group
is prohibited. This includes activities that may take place through electronic medium. Conduct that threatens, harms or
intimidates another person or group is prohibited.
