Student Handbook: Policy on Discrimination, Sexual Harassment and Racial Harassment 07-08
Physical acts or threats or verbal slurs, invectives or epithets,
taunting or verbal abuse, degrading comments or jokes referring to
an individual's race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin,
age, marital or familial status, color, height, weight, handicap or
disability are strictly prohibited.

Unwelcome sexual advances, including
physical conduct such as touching, requests for sexual favors,
derogatory verbal comments, and any other actions which tend to
create a sexually hostile environment or that interferes with an

assembly, and right of petition that other citizens enjoy.
Internet and Network Resources Acceptable Use Policy 07-08
Users must not send unsolicited bulk mail messages (“junk” mail, “chain” messages or spam), forge e-mail, send mail that will intimidate or harass other Users, or use network server space in a way that interferes with the efficiency of the Network.
