Sunlight Is the Best Disinfectant (Part 1,000)
How differently universities behave when the world is
watching. I’m troubled by the anonymity of charges made at noindoctrination.org.
I understand the argument for such anonymity, given the climate of intimidation
and retribution on today’s campuses, but I believe in individual courage and
transparency. Nonetheless, the website’s invitation to rebuttal, sent to every
party accused of unfairness, is both an open call for candor and a model that
can serve a very salutary purpose, as seen in this
exchange. Let the debates continue.
