Time Running Out to Sign Up for FIRE’s Free Student Conference

The registration deadline for FIRE's free student conference, "Free Speech vs. Speech Codes: Reclaiming Your Rights on Campus," from June 26–28, is almost here and we only have a few slots left.

As we have said before, this conference is a rare opportunity for students to hear from some of the most prominent free speech experts in the country including Stanford Law professor Derek Shaffer, Alliance Defense Fund Senior Counsel Steve Aden, and FIRE co-founder Harvey Silverglate as well as FIRE's own Samantha Harris, Will Creeley, Emily Guidry, and Greg Lukianoff.

Famed journalist John Leo and Professor KC Johnson, coauthor of Until Proven Innocent: Political Correctness and the Shameful Injustices of the Duke Lacrosse Rape Case, are headlining the event. Complimentary copies of KC Johnson's book will be given to all participants.

FIRE is covering all costs associated with the conference including meals, hotel rooms for the nights of June 26 and 27, and up to $300 for travel!

Many students have taken advantage of this extraordinary opportunity already. Join them and register today!
