We are therefore seeking a creative Executive Assistant with strong organizational skills to assist FRAME’s CEO and Founder, Karith Foster, with a variety of administrative and marketing tasks. The CEO and Founder’s time is dedicated to touring and publicly communicating FRAME’s mission and the Executive Assistant will help with developing additional materials and programming for FRAME.   • Work with host organizations to coordinate marketing and event requirements;
  • Conduct email, social media, and other marketing;
  • Assist with research and communications for FRAME’s programming;
  • Manage expenses, fees, and budget needs;
  • Keep records, including performance metrics for the program’s activities.

There may be some occasional work on weekends and evenings and, although projected to be rare, this position may be required to be available in the event of an emergency. This position will not usually travel with the CEO and Founder, but some travel will occasionally be necessary.

The expected start date for this position is as soon as possible.

A successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong writing skills, and have the ability to work independently. This position will also require an eager willingness to work collaboratively on various projects and the ability to meet deadlines on short notice. Furthermore, a candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • An interest in FRAME’s mission and goals;
  • Basic knowledge of and interest in the creation of social media and/or marketing campaigns;

  • Willingness to collaborate and work with remote staff members successfully over email and phone;
  • Research skills;
