Executive Team

Cait graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Elementary Education. Upon graduation, she started her HR career as the Recruiting Director for a small financial firm and then moved on to work on the agency side. She worked for Tierney, a PR & advertising agency for 5 years as a Recruiter/HR Generalist, and then for e-commerce agency BVA as the Senior Manager of People. Cait is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and she has her SHRM-CP. Cait was nominated in 2017 for the HR Rising Star of the Year Award in the Philadelphia Tri-State area. Outside of her involvement at FIRE, she loves spending time at the beach with family and friends, traveling, and football. Cait resides in Delaware County with her husband and her two children.
