Sexual Harassment: Includes all of the following:

(1) Conduct that violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, meaning: Sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and/or other verbal or physical conduct that is pervasive or severe and may constitute sexual harassment when: ... such conduct has the effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's work or academic performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working or academic environment; and

(2) Conduct that violates Title IX, 20 U.S.C. § 1681et seq., including any or all of the following:
a. Unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, including unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, either verbal or nonverbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
b. Acts of sexual violence.
