Spots are filling up fast and competition is hot, but a handful of positions for the 2018 FIRE Summer Internship are still up for the taking! Do you think you have what it takes to spend your summer with FIRE defending civil liberties on our nation’s college campuses? If so, apply today to be considered for this incredible (and paid) opportunity!
The internship is based in FIRE’s Philadelphia headquarters, just steps from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Interns will work closely with our campus outreach, defense, policy reform, litigation, legislation, development and media teams. Throughout the summer, interns will gain key insights into the mission, work, and administration of the premier campus civil liberties defense organization in the nation, and will be armed with the tools necessary to ensure that student rights are protected on campus. The ten-week program runs from Monday, June 4, through Friday, Aug. 10. Interns will receive a $3,500 stipend.
Admissions are taken on a rolling basis, and the application will close in less than two weeks! Apply before March 11, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. (ET) for an opportunity to work at FIRE this summer.
