Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment when:
… such conduct has the purpose or effect of substantially interfering with an individual’s academic or professional performance or creating a sexually intimidating, hostile or offensive employment, educational or living environment.
Sexual harassment does not refer to
occasional compliments of a socially acceptable nature;
rather, it is unwelcome and personally offensive behavior
that is detrimental to morale.
[S]exual exploitation, when it occurs, will not be tolerated;
nor will we tolerate derogatory sexual remarks and/or insensitive innuendoes, advances, or pressure toward anyone, no matter what the source.
