2. Behavior Which Jeopardizes the Safety or Well-being of Others

This rule prohibits, but is not limited to:

a) Use or threat of physical violence. This includes engaging in any form of fighting.

b) Verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, harassment, coercion and/or other conduct which threatens or endangers the health, safety, or physical or emotional well-being of any person. This includes engaging in any form of fighting.
