Episode 121: FIRE's Samantha Harris Defines Unprotected Speech
Today's episode of FIREside Chats features FIRE's Spotlight Director, Samantha Harris, explaining what constitutes as unprotected speech. At the Campus Freedom Network Conference back in June, Samantha talked to students on how administrators often blur the lines between constitutionally protected speech and unprotected forms of expression in order to enforce speech codes. Check back next week for the final part of Samantha's presentation.
