f. Decision of the Sitting Panel

Possible penalties for employees shall include, but not limited to, oral admonition, written reprimand, to be included in the individual’s personnel file, probation, suspension with or
without pay, ineligibility to receive merit pay for a state period of time, involuntary demotion, removal from administrative duties within a department, required professional counseling, and dismissal.
