FIRE Again Asks Brody to Embrace Freedom of Expression

The Halloween in the Hood case has sparked debate about the nature and place of freedom of speech at Johns Hopkins. Unfortunately, in the aftermath, President William Brody has spoken the most about restricting speech on Hopkins’s campus. Today FIRE sent another letter asking President Brody to listen to the concerns of his students, repeal the troubling “Principles for Ensuring Equity, Civility and Respect for All” policy, and truly embrace freedom of speech.
