Discriminatory harassment is unwelcome conduct based on the targeted individual’s perceived or actual race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, disability, genetic information, sex, age, sexual orientation, military status (including veteran status), parental status (including status as a foster parent), pregnancy, gender identity or expression, or any other status protected by law that:

is sufficiently severe, pervasive, or persistent to interfere with an individual’s work, academic, or university course, program or activity participation, or the benefits derived therefrom, or creates an environment that a reasonable person would consider intimidating, hostile, or offensive.
