Abuse (Verbal). Abusive or threatening language, behavior that intentionally or recklessly abuses, mocks, or ridicules a person that may adversely affect their learning, living, or working environment is prohibited. These acts include, but are not limited to: engaging in any conduct that may limit or restrict the freedom of another person or participating in any conduct that may prevent or distract others from their studies or pursuit of personal affairs. This includes the use of a telephone, a computer, any other electronic media, or third parties to carry out any sort of harassing offenses.
