A Student may be charged with Behavioral Misconduct for any of the following conduct:

Repeated, persistent, severe, or pervasive action directed toward a specific individual or individuals with the intent or effect to harass, harm, or alarm, through oral, written, graphic, physical, or social media contact. Harassment includes attempted or threatened physical contact or an act that creates the reasonable apprehension of unwanted contact, or any repeated pattern of verbal communications or nonverbal behavior, without invitation or over an individual’s objection, which includes but is not limited to making telephone calls, emails, electronic communications, or sending letters or pictures.
