Behavior which threatens or endangers the health or safety of oneself or others, whether actual or implied, or results in personal injury to oneself or others. This includes disorderly conduct, including but not limited to public intoxication, lewd or indecent or obscene behavior, libel, slander, simple assault, verbal conduct, racial or sexual slurs, threats, intimidation, harassment and hazing against any member of the college community including faculty, staff and students.
