All organizations must adhere to the following procedures for approval of publicity and/or distribution of material:

• Publicity shall be approved through the Office of Student Affairs in CC105. The Office of Student Affairs will NOT authorize any publicity WITHOUT ANY of the following:

• Name of organization/club/; person sponsoring event; location of event; time and date of event; and contact information.

• All publicity must have a valid approval stamp from the Office of Student Affairs prior to duplicating.

The following is not allowed: … No material will be permitted that is obscene, profane, malicious, slanderous or that incites the disturbance of the educational process of the college.
