Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when, for example: … Such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s academic/work performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive academic/work environment.

Examples of conduct that may, when severe, pervasive, or persistent, constitute sexual harassment and are therefore a violation of this policy include, but are not limited to:
