Bulletin boards are located throughout the five campus buildings. Certain boards are designated for
specific purposes. All information pertaining to student clubs and organizations must be submitted,
approved and stamped by the Student Activities Office, Hopewell Hall 105. All non-student clubs or
organization materials needing to be posted must be submitted, and approved by the Office of
Student Affairs, Hopewell Hall 61. Any materials placed on unapproved bulletin boards and/or any
materials not approved by the Office of Student Activities (H105) or the Office of Student Affairs (H61)
will be removed immediately without notice.
