12.1 Harass or abuse any other person. This includes but is not limited to, harassment or abuse based on race, color, religion, sex or gender, national origin, age, height, weight, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status, or disability.


12.3 Abuse, threaten, or harass any person in the Olivet College community. This includes harassing telephone calls.

12.4 Abuse, threaten, harass, or exhibit behavior that intimidates any complainant, respondent, counsel, witness, or Community Standards Board member prior to, during, and after a judicial hearing.


12.6 Stalking is defined as physical and/or mental abuse of any individual which makes that individual feel uncomfortable in everyday situations. This abuse could constitute harassment, either verbal, by phone, mail or electronic mail; following an individual as they go about their business; or any other acts which create an uncomfortable environment for an individual.
