Gender-Based Harassment – Engaging in unwelcome conduct based upon a target person’s actual or perceived gender, including harassment based on gender identity or non-conformity with gender stereotypes, which is so severe, persistent, or pervasive that it unreasonably interferes with a person’s University employment, academic performance, or participation in University programs or activities (i.e. creates a hostile environment).
