KC Johnson on the Latest Threats to Due Process on Campus
Over at Minding The Campus, Professor KC Johnson reports on the latest "Tip of the Week" from the Association of Title IX Administrators, which advises universities on which modifications to make to their appeal processes following the "Dear Colleague" letter released by the Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights in April 2011. As Johnson notes, the group's suggested modifications "would almost certainly render successful appeals less likely."
