Last Chance to Apply for 2011 CFN Conference!

Students, take note! The application deadline for the 2011 Campus Freedom Network Conference has been extended to Monday, June 27.

FIRE's Campus Freedom Network Conference brings together committed students from across the country to learn from eminent First Amendment scholars and meet fellow advocates for free speech on campus. The 2011 conference will take place July 14-16 at Bryn Mawr College, just outside of Philadelphia. The conference is FREE, and FIRE will cover all expenses associated with the conference, including meals, accommodations, and up to $300 for travel.

The CFN Conference will feature keynote addresses from Nick Gillespie, Robert Corn-Revere, and Professor Jan Blits. Other speakers include a student panel and FIRE staff members who will discuss the philosophical and legal arguments for First Amendment rights on campus and teach students how they can improve the culture of free speech at their schools.

Students interested in attending must apply now at thecfn.org/conference to have a chance to attend, as we are all but full.
