‘Learn Liberty’ Launches Free Online Program on Free Speech

Learn Liberty, an online educational project from the Institute for Humane Studies, has recently begun offering a free on-demand program titled Free Speech: Trigger Warnings, Academic Freedom, and More. This interactive program provides an exciting mix of videos, quizzes, and discussion questions focusing on “speech restrictions on college campuses, the Charlie Hebdo massacre, and the use of free speech by oppressed groups to change the world.”

Sign up for the course to learn more about your First Amendment rights and to explore the program’s library of videos featuring top scholars, including members of the Institute for Justice, Chapman University professor Tom W. Bell, FIRE staff members, and FIRE President and CEO Greg Lukianoff.

Learn Liberty participants also earn points that can be used to obtain free, liberty-oriented merchandise. Users who complete the Free Speech program by July 20 will be invited to a bonus program featuring exclusive videos, a live discussion, and a Q&A session with the video lecturers. This program and its bonus features are a great way to learn more about free speech in an interactive way.
