Calif. Student Told to Stop Passing Out Constitutions on Constitution Day

Robert Van Tuinen, a student at Modesto Junior College, was told by a campus police officer that he couldn't pass out Constitutions on Tuesday, which was Constitution Day. The officer told Tuinen that he need permission before passing out materials on campus, and then directed Tuinen to the student-development office where he could fill out forms to be granted permission...
