As part of a “diversity training” program that students participated in during orientation, freshmen attended training sessions, floor meetings and one-on-one meetings with their Resident Assistants.

The outlandish training materials distributed to RAs included suggested discussion topics and race-related definitions, chief among them: “A RACIST: A racist is one who is both privileged and socialized on the basis of race by a white supremacist (racist) system.
