The Ninth Circuit has just handed down an opinion in O’Brien v. Welty, a case in which my UCLA First Amendment Amicus Brief Clinic students and Ifiled an amicus brief on behalf of the Student Press Law Center and the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education.
