Users are free from censorship in expressing their views through electronic communications facilities (including, but not limited to, e-mail and “chat” programs) as long as their views are not represented as the views of Clark University.
In order to operate effectively, each of these media is to be a free and independent voice acting in the best interest
of the university in the pursuit of truth. It is the responsibility and obligation of the university to provide editorial
freedom and sufficient financial autonomy for these media to establish and maintain their integrity as media for free
inquiry and free expression in the university.
