New ‘FIRE Quarterly’ Now Available

Check out our latest issue of The FIRE Quarterly, which contains news updates on FIRE events and victories in cases at universities across the country.

Some highlights from this edition include coverage of FIRE's victories at the University of Delaware, Occidental College, and Indiana University-South Bend, along with a reflection by summer intern Aaron Werner on his time with FIRE. The edition also includes an update on the Speech Codes Litigation Project at San Francisco State University, where the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California ordered the university to stop enforcing its unconstitutional speech codes.
