Greg Takes On Proposed Arizona Law in 'The Huffington Post'
In his latest piece for The Huffington Post, FIRE President Greg Lukianoff criticizes a newly proposed Arizona law dictating that all educational institutions follow FCC regulations concerning "indecent speech." Greg argues that the law is not only "hilariously" unconstitutional, but also threatens the ability of schools to educate their students about controversial subjects and classic materials.
